Try uninstalling & re-installing (preferably with the latest drivers from the maker's website). After that, please check if all data labels show. It is indeed not possible to “add” your own printer.
I have tried both 2.4 & 3.0 on winxp with the same results. Sheet1 I tried so many ways and nothing worked.
